overworked, high caseloads, politically dogmatic - Counsellor Homewood Health Employee Review

I worked at this facility 14 years ago as a CNA. For some reason at that time life redirected me, and I had to resign. Few years after resignation, I obtained a degree in nursing, and obtained employment somewhere else. Due to outgrowing the position I decided to start looking at what type of jobs were available in my area. Came across Homewood`s HC add online, and decided to apply. I was rehired, and I am extremely satisfied and happy that I joined this team once again. From my interview start to orientation and training on the floor I am blown away how well every step is organized. During my interview I found the Executive Director, Amisha Shah extremely understanding, welcoming, easy to talk to about the hiring process and career advancement within this company. Management team members are very helpful to staff during the onboarding process and while you`re on the floor if an issue arises. I feel very privileged to join this team once again. Excellent pay, benefits, advancement opportunities, flexible schedule, very clean environment, very knowledgeable and well trained staff! Great place to work!!!
