I worked for Hothead for a little over a year, and it had some of the best company culture I've experienced. Hothead cares about productivity, not time invested, so work/life balance is healthy and crunch is barely a thing. People are generally kind, collaborative, and easy-going. Management is excellent, and there are plenty of great leaders in the studio to learn from.
