Pros
This is a company where the most important things are respect and support. All the employees are not just great specialists, they also know how to have fun. I’ve started during the Covid 19, and the way how they approach new employees is extremely good. All the technical support is very fast and everyone is super nice. For me as an artist feedback is also very important. All the feedback is very straight and honest. As a female in a male-dominated industry, I really feel empowered and trusted to make my own decisions here. We’re working hard but also having fun. All the feedback is about the result. Work life balance is very important in Hothead. Great benefits. Finally I got to my massage therapist:) Opportunities to grow up as a specialist. People are very kind and easygoing. We have an opportunity to talk to CEO or any manager, they will find time for everybody. It’s really makes me feel happy, because in many other companies you even don’t get to talk to the CEO. People are working here for ages!
Cons
There’s only one thing. It will be really difficult to find another studio as good as this:)
