Pros
The people here are great, very passionate, and probably some of the best to work with. They are very flexible and have created a decent work/life balance. This is what I will always miss the most.
Cons
You wear a lot of hats and burn out fast The structure is inconsistent and always changing, which seems good to adapt on the fly, but seems linked more to how the company is doing rather than industry changes, which in the long run hurts the company more than benefits Not enough flexibility to find new games to build, its just rehashing the same formula that hadn't really found success to begin with So many meetings! I dont think they were considered as part of the timeline planning, but they really slowed things down and were real momentum killers
