Where to begin... 1. This is not a people company. This is an old school crunch culture studio that doesn't care about your well being. The executive mindset is 'you should be thankful you work for us. It is your pleasure' 2. They brag about diversity on their website, but only recruit from their old white guy network from previous companies The execs worked at. 3. Benefits are hot garbage. They were trying to enforce a mandatory 'back to office two days a week' policy that everyone protested. No Mat leave top ups, so women beware! 4. There is no strategy for business development, or plan to grow the portfolio. They have cancelled every active project they were developing except one, and are making fast and loose decisions to get it out the door. Instead of investing the time into making some of their more successful projects work, they are putting them on the shelf.
