      People I worked with were excellent

      Cons

      Management, safety program is flawed. Medical is awful. Long term employees fleeing seeking other employment. Management does not care about employees welfare and making it a fun progressive place to work. Had a head injury and company fought tooth and nail to prevent any help. Their compassion for employees is based on simply making their bonus. Very sad used to be the best darn place to work.

      Good pay, great environment, training, amazing management, technician appreciation.

      Cons

      Vacation amount is too short and takes several years before you can accumulate more time off.

      As a growing company, Inland is still coming up with innovative methods to provide a more streamlined method of communication.
