People I worked with were excellent

Cons

Management, safety program is flawed. Medical is awful. Long term employees fleeing seeking other employment. Management does not care about employees welfare and making it a fun progressive place to work. Had a head injury and company fought tooth and nail to prevent any help. Their compassion for employees is based on simply making their bonus. Very sad used to be the best darn place to work.

Great group of people to work with. Helpful when needed. Great pay if you are a red seal. Company will put you through apprenticeship, fully paid.

Cons

Management. Unless you are friends with them outside of work, be prepared for crappy shifts. The premium shifts go to friends. Non-union environment means no seniority. New hires get premium shift while long term staff get the nights/weekends after years still on those shifts.
