      I’ve been with J.D. Power for over 15 years, and I still genuinely love my job. That’s not something many people can say after such a long time, but it speaks volumes about the culture, the people, and the work we do. The team here is exceptional—smart, supportive, and deeply committed to delivering quality. Collaboration is second nature, and even when things get intense (which they often do), there’s a shared sense of purpose that keeps us grounded. I still look forward to sitting in front of my computer each morning, and that feeling of motivation hasn’t faded over the years. ✅ Pros: • Supportive and talented colleagues • Meaningful work with real impact • Leadership that listens and encourages growth • A culture that values collaboration and innovation

      Cons

      ⚠️ Cons: • The pace can be intense, and some days feel overwhelming • Work-life balance can be tricky during peak periods • Internal processes sometimes lag behind the speed of change • Communication across departments could be more streamlined Despite the challenges, I’ve found the rewards far outweigh the stress. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and values meaningful work, J.D. Power is a great place to build a long-term career.

      Pros

      1) good work and life balance, you can always leverage your spread time to have fun or improve yourself. 2) nice peers to work with, they are very supportive. 3) Good management in the team - people have clear roles to work on 4) Remote work!!

      Cons

      1) Not much career ladder to climb 2) hard to connect and build relationship with your peers since all online

      Pros

      JDPower employs smart, hard working people. Most of the associates want to drive revenue and make the company successful.

      Cons

      JDPower is not fair to its employees, and they really don't care if you've worked hard, produced, and generated strong revenue for them. Their record of treatment and promotions for women is abysmal. Specifically in FSAAS, the leadership does not advocate or care about women leaders.
