Tip Out = Highway Robbery - Bartender JOEY Restaurants Employee Review

Pros

Lots of hours to go around, proper training for anyone who has never worked the restaurant industry.

Cons

You must be very good looking to work or have a S/M body type. Top 20 program was competitive and almost like internal bullying. Staff meetings unpaid. Tip out too high. Bartenders get zero transfers from wood to lounge/dining room. They claim constructive coaching but if you messed up, your shifts were compromised. Joey cult essentially. No autogratuity on parties especially during busy season.
