Very low budget for sales reps, MSL and field Medical managers Have to be in the circle of friends to be promoted Rating method not fair (done in October and only depends on the manager selling skills) Not client-oriented Lots of money spent to vendors for programs and tools used for a couple of months Poor in planning defense strategies, only reactive to others Too many meetings and telecoms with no benefits Med affairs seen as extra-reps
