      Great people but very boys club and all about looks, how you present or who you are buddies with. Stakeholders who do not lift the mirror up to see what is wrong in themselves

      Favoritisme, prejudice racist remarks. Need to focus on diverse inclusive environment

      Huge budget for higher manaqgement Vendors-oriented Good conditions, good advantages Stable CEO Strong in Onco

      Cons

      Very low budget for sales reps, MSL and field Medical managers Have to be in the circle of friends to be promoted Rating method not fair (done in October and only depends on the manager selling skills) Not client-oriented Lots of money spent to vendors for programs and tools used for a couple of months Poor in planning defense strategies, only reactive to others Too many meetings and telecoms with no benefits Med affairs seen as extra-reps
