      Competitive pay for LCOL area. Ability to move within the company. Flexibility for WFH or shift changes afforded (department dependent) for personal reasons or weather events.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments and mid-level leadership. Employees not held to the same standard. Inability of leadership to hold their staff accountable. Lack of transparency by leadership (re: wages, time off, opportunities to advance, etc.)

      Pros

      Great schedule, benefits and pay, excellent workplace and coworkers. Definitely would recommend. Laid back professional environment.

      Cons

      jet division recently shut down so there are no more opportunities except for the turboprop division. Still a great company to work for!
