      Pros

      Culture is very good. Work hard play hard type of setting. The company is trying their level best to promote this but lacks funding.

      Cons

      Compensation is terrible which makes talented people not join or leave early. Partners suck up a lot of money and profits which almost never flows down to the rest of the team.

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
