Pros

- Relaxed work environment - Great opportunity for folks into visibility through admin tasks more than actual tangible work - Great for timely logoff and taking leaves

Cons

- Mediocre mindsets promoted to M and above enabling a culture that is slow, backwards, stifles innovation, runs from challenges, and rewards mediocrity - Deeply political leadership that likes and enables only a team that parrots their thoughts and pose no challenge - Laggard work scenario where the firm refers existing measures/Though Leaderships and other content published by their own competitors to publish its own. How can a firm expect to surpass a level when they are just playing catchup as the best case scenario - Excessive focus on pushing women ahead instead of pure meritocracy
