Pros

Still mostly allow remote work Lots of time off.

Cons

18 months ago this would have been a 4 or 5 star review. The profiles leadership team made several changes in the last 2 years that has led to a dysfunctional, toxic group at the senior and C level positions. Acquired another successful company, tried to merge them into one, and fired anyone with knowledge who would have made this a successful merger. Now there are two flailing companies with in fighting about what to do at every level. The panel team had three straight years of record growth, then fired the head of the panel to bring in a product person with no experience in what they were hired to do. After the new hire received terrible marks on their survey score, the blame was pushed to the middle managers on not understanding the "transformation" they were undergoing. Now those middle managers and their employees are fighting with each other, driving the bad culture throughout the org. The toxic culture has lead to an exodus of the A players on the paid media marketing side of the org, which is the primary driver of revenue for the team. The only division in the company that has had a mass exodus and the protected C level is able to blame it on everything other than themselves. Constant bullying and threatening your team is not transformation, it's just signs of an ineffective leader in over their head. Oh the pay is also well below any other tech company.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
