I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Upper management is hypocritical and toxic despite company preaching about mental health. Brand is constantly in shambles trying to reinvent in hopes people will shop there. They plan to save the company by copying Coach but it isn’t working. Current convo internally is all about “accountability” and “managing people out” who don’t produce results or maintain toxic positivity about their changes. Stay far, far away.
