      Pros

      Everyone is easy to work with and very professional. They provide trainings and ways to help you grow your skills.

      Cons

      Had to work with my personal laptop during my first year since we work remotely. But after some time, they provided a company laptop to use.

      Pros

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
