      Work Life Balance is a major plus here, even with all the rush to get things done, Knix knows how to sometime step back and relax

      I will say the only positive is the AMAZING PRODUCT.

      Cons

      -no raises -only 12 employee purchases a year -set up to fail with little to no stock in stores which results in not achieving bonus' -little to no communication from leadership -zero opportunity for growth -A female owned, operated, and catered to female yet, far from female empowerment
