      I cant say anything positive of this company If you are not part if the IBM old management band you are an outsider

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and vision The exec are a bunch of amateurs who have no experience to run a consulting company Favouritism and boys club No customer focus despite all their marketing bling No respect to people at the lower ladder

      Remote work, smart people, I don't have anything else to say

      Cons

      Everything is bad vibes. Constant changing of goals, some people do nothing and are fine, other people are expected to work 60 hour weeks. No strong brand - seriously who thought kindrel with two ys was good branding. Embarrassed to tell people I worked there. Awful management
