      I cant say anything positive of this company If you are not part if the IBM old management band you are an outsider

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and vision The exec are a bunch of amateurs who have no experience to run a consulting company Favouritism and boys club No customer focus despite all their marketing bling No respect to people at the lower ladder

      Have very senior and experienced team from IBM

      Cons

      Culture is quite hierarchy and autonomy oriented, lack of clarity in direction and goals of new Canadian CEO. To reduce costs, laid off 90% of new hires in first year so that severance can be kept less. In short, culture and approach remained same as IBM just name has been changed to Kyndryl with less innovation, exiting clients.
