Culture is quite hierarchy and autonomy oriented, lack of clarity in direction and goals of new Canadian CEO. To reduce costs, laid off 90% of new hires in first year so that severance can be kept less. In short, culture and approach remained same as IBM just name has been changed to Kyndryl with less innovation, exiting clients.
