Quality of work is too bad that working here 6 months will kill your carrier People working here for 10+ years are dumb, outdated and under paid. There is no reorgnization in middle level in this comapny so managers are running their team for many years and they have their own unscripted rules in team. Decisions are taken outside ofice, you would attend most of the staged and scripted meetings. People sitting in the cabin trying to put their mother tongue in all job descriptions. You'll be expected to come 9AM, you can epect least flexibility in everthing. They conduct written exam for appresials so what you work on doesnt matter, they forced me cancel my travel to write this 'exam'. Stinky office and cost cutting everywhere. It is service company of lg and also garbage center. Projects which noone wants globally are dumped here. Too much politics in mid and upper levels. There is no transparencey at any level. You'll be hated if you try to optimize anything and if give input anywhere. Managers will supress your capablity instead of exploring it in best interest of project. Hr department is a joke. People approving things going in/out of company are arrogant and act like they own the earth, they spend their whole day overlooking throgh large glass window and confiscating emploee's personal stuff.
