No work life balance : LGSI has policy to come to the office at 9 am compulsory and there is no time to leave sometimes leave time may be 10-11. I know people who stay daily 9 am to 8 pm in the office. Internal Politics: Department is fully dominated by Tamilians. Basically there are people who work there for more than 15 years and became manager and they don't know anything. No Good Project: LGSI work with Korea headquarter for every project. important work are always done by Korean people here only bug fixing or small implementation of projects are here. Work Pressure: work pressure is very high. they want to work done with in time according to the manager how much time it will take and I already said Manager knows nothing about the complexity. No Senior to Help: The team structure is created in such a wrong way that you have to do the Independently without asking for help and actually there is no one to Help you with the task. only few people knows the Architecture we'll but they also didn't help. No Work from Home: Initially they would tell that they have hybrid mode but it's based on project and your manager. I saw people not allowed for work from home at all. and if you get work from home they make sure that work from home means from Bangalore not Native. variable pay scam: due to partiality you are getting grade. If you are favourite to your manager you will get a good grade means good variable pay. In case you get C grade you get nothing. Toxic Environment: Yes Environment is toxic Everyone is doing there own work. rude behaviour. insult in the daily meeting. etc etc No Policy to Change the team Internally: If you are mentally depressed in any team and you want to change your team that is not possible Impossible. you have to stay there and suffer till...... Okay if you are read till here then some more cons They have LSET exam 5 times in year and they want you to seat the exam wherever they want. irrespective of the pressure of work and they want you to do well they think that you're did nothing.
