Hard workers beware, you'll suffer with more work as work is not divided properly KPIs, grades, hikes have no relation to each other. even S grade(highest) can fetch you single digit hike. As many senior members have been in office from the beginning of LGSI, they have more power and influence and can play with your life inside the office. G1:G2 employee ratio is out of control. like 2:1, for every 2 freshers there is 1 manager(>7exp). Managers are increasing in number as they refuse to leave the company because they cannot clear interviews.
