The Master ('Le Groupe Master' in Montreal) is Montreal based HVAC distributors with strong presence in Quebec and Eastern Canada. They are trying to replicate their success in Ontario and western Canada but not succeeded so far as they are not able to figure out difference between Ontario Market and Quebec Market. Though it's fairly big organization, it's like Mom Pop shop where management will have biased opinion towards certain employees and there is lot of favoritism. As head office is in Montreal , all decision makers are located there. This makes it very difficult for employees in GTA region as these decision makers don't understand real challenges of Toronto Market. For customers in GTA - IT'S THE MOST DIFFICULT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
