Pros

Cannot think of any pros other than free parking

Cons

Poor management is an understatement. No structured training or on boarding for new employees, you will get left at your desk with little to no direction, then penalized for no reason. Keep your email records always as management will try to paint you to be an underperformer despite singing the opposite tune during your review and on the spot feedback. If you are a yes man with no morals or care for your team members, then this may be the company for you. Beware if they ask toy for feedback or suggestions in team meetings, if there are any major call outs, you will be shamed for bringing them up constructively and told you don’t believe in the brand or the company. Looking for inclusivity or to feel appreciated?…look somewhere else because you won’t find that at the master group. Safe to say this is the worst company I have had to work for.

Cleared DPSP

Pros

Factory training. Some travel. Some colleagues.

Cons

When I left masters they cleared the DPSP account (profit sharing) despite what my contract clearly states. They cleared this account on the basis of a 10 year vesting period which is not in the contract. They won’t respond to emails. Be warned your retirement account will be tampered with. Most employees to get raises get offers from other companies. Manipulative management. All want to climb the ladder. More likely to externally hire than internally hire. They sell directly to cannabis grows and cut out contractors.
