      Double standards and lack of transparency - Senior Engineer League Employee Review

      Pros

      Employees are nice to work with as long as you're silo'd from Senior Management. Great work life balance (with lower pay wages of course).

      Cons

      Loaded with double standards. Lack of transparency: employees are being lied to. Company's Culture and Values is just fake marketing to lure people in. Once you're in, you will realize these are lies and are different from reality.

      Benefits, time off, bonus (if they ever hit their targets)

      Cons

      Lack of documentation and processes Inability to deploy and scale efficiently They have no idea what their employees are responsible for. Lay employees off all the time without any proper or formal PIP. Agrees to customize everything for clients and then is upset when delivery sucks or is delayed
