Pros
You get yearly bonuses, if you work your butt off all year round and take every scrap they give you benefits MIGHT be on the table, and generally your coworkers will be friendly and helpful. They will reimburse you for your mileage* (*it won't be enough to buy you a new car after yours kicks it from all the driving btw), offer hotels for when they eventually send you hours away from your home, and as a new hire you'll make more than people who've been working at the company for a decade. This might be a pro for some, as getting fired is almost impossible unless you have the worst personality known to man or consistently fail in an extraordinary way to follow protocol.
Cons
There is no work life balance. One day will you go to a school twenty minutes from your house. The next you are expected to drive two hours away. Don't get sick (even though you're in a different elementary school every day during flu season) and don't have any trouble with your car (even though you're consistently driving at least 120 miles a day) or you will be guilted over the fact the company is consistently understaffed and cannot cover your absence. People above you will make mistakes, and you will bear the brunt of them because the schools don't see the office staff that scheduled you to arrive to a school an hour later than the school expected. They see YOU. They will yell at YOU. They will rush YOU. Do you like standing for hours on end with no chance to use the bathroom, your lunch interrupted if you even manage to get one in the first place, and constantly being undermined? This is the job for you. This position is full-time seasonal with the option and promise of work in the off-season until they realize they can't actually fulfill that promise and ask you take lay off. Or worse, the work is so barren being unemployed is the better option. You will receive nothing for a job well done and there is no punishment for a job poorly done. They will promise you everything, deliver nothing, and then spit in your face for ever having believe them in the first place. Any benefit will dwindle until you wonder why and how you've worked for a company so mismanaged for so long.
