- My coworkers were so kind and patient - Worked many hours and overtime

Cons

- Lack of knowledge from upper management is insane - Pay is SO not worth it, bonus structure is ridiculous - Required and expected to do more than job description - Very little local support, everything outsourced - I felt like a number, not a person
