      Pros

      To this day, I can call up and lean on Lifetouch employees - current and former. I had a great boss in later years who really grew the culture into something better.

      Cons

      I was under-compensated, and the model was unsustainable leading to stressed employees in some parts of the year. Summer wasn't so bad though.

      Waking up early, traveling long distances. corporate is expecting more work from us in the same amount of time without a rise in pay.
