Stocked fridges, fellow employees (not management)
Cons
Management is more worried about their partying and friendships than the lower employees. Managing partner is more interested in Hermes belt than employees. Upper management is very cliquey. Good employees ousted because they don't fit in with cliques. Staff is under paid and WAY over worked. Don't be fooled by their "office culture" it is all a sham. The lawyers are lazy and their under qualified admin staff do the majority of work on the files. Clients are laughed at and gossiped about.
