Good benefits, management that you can talk to, team players, good possible growth

Break downs in communication, upper management, once that Loewen had bought the company La Loma, didn't reevaluate the old management that was part of the issues that they needed to fix ultimately causing the shut down of the Tucson location. The old management was great and worked with the staff like family but were stuck in the ways they had been doing thing. The changes that were asked of us were good but not together in one list but spread out and often conflicting in information, which made it very hard to hit goals and provide the results we could have. Like I said in the pros they are a great company with a heart and passion for what they do producing the best quality door, windows while constantly finding new ways to improve. Hopefully they see this for next time they acquire a company so that they will be better able to make it succeed instead of having to shut it down after investing a lot of time and money.
