Pros

Collaborative group of employees that truly care about solving a problem together

Cons

Company is going through a turbulent time and management is clearly struggling. This, coupled with multiple layoffs and a lack of prioritization make it a challenging place to work. Would not recommend joining this company as it has a long ways to go.

Pros

Work is interesting and challenging. Co-workers are talented and supportive. There is pressure from leadership to deliver on deadlines, but nothing unusual. Fully remote is a big plus.

Cons

The workload is heavy and can be overwhelming.

good PTO and work from home

Cons

Another layoff. The C suite is struggling and is reacting without understanding the real problems. The Chief Product Officer is not able to produce a clear and successful product vision. A lot of hard work, but no results and the company is doomed.
