Midwest will claim they care, they dont. They run you 24 hr straight with no breaks, they claim that your safety comes first, in reality when you ask for a 4 hr break its denied due to calls. The company sees it as no running no making money. They fire you for speaking your mind and the truth to cover their butts. They claim to have learned after a horrific accident, but they have not. Their benefits are a joke! You pay $200/check for crappy benefits (discount plans you pay 100% of your bill) only good one is 401K and even then they screw you over. PTO good luck using it.
