      NONE! Absolutely no good thing about Midwest.

      Cons

      Midwest will claim they care, they dont. They run you 24 hr straight with no breaks, they claim that your safety comes first, in reality when you ask for a 4 hr break its denied due to calls. The company sees it as no running no making money. They fire you for speaking your mind and the truth to cover their butts. They claim to have learned after a horrific accident, but they have not. Their benefits are a joke! You pay $200/check for crappy benefits (discount plans you pay 100% of your bill) only good one is 401K and even then they screw you over. PTO good luck using it.

      none really. unless you like, eh never mind, still nothing is a pro.

      Cons

      poor management, poor dispatching, no 911, noting but lies. long distant transfers at 2am after running all day. falling asleep at the wheel. alot of employees almost crashed and management couldn't care less they just want the calls ran. management was always screwing the female employees, which is why some of them were hired with higher pay.

      Pros

      You get to be a paramedic and it's guaranteed hours. Great people to work with. Love my night crew.

      Cons

      Management often has no management experience before MWMTC. Depending on what city you work in, you are just a taxi service. Company often takes on too many extra contracts for the amount of staff the company has.
