Pros

There is literally nothing in pros

Cons

They allure you in hiring and then back off what they said after you join. Dont trust on HR. Slave drive, overtime on less salary, make faces when u leave at your time, if you are not doing overtime. People bring their dinner because they usally stay till 8pm. Director do no work, do exactly her 40hrs n leave at sharp her time, they hire less employees in department n keep more bonus in their pocket. Misogynistic environment. Clock in clock out even being a salary employee. Upper management spends all the time n energy checking your clock in and clock out, hot topic, late arrival even 5-10 mins are questionable by general manager/directors, put u on mental torture, usually hire new immigrants/ poor commication skills, so they don’t question or talk back. If u question anything, they make ur life miserable. Dont go there, ure life is better off in other company or opportunity. They want u work 10-12hrs everyday. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, NO SICK DAYS. They push u to come work even if ure sick. No family balance. They offer u 70 but wants u work 52 hours a week. keep asking u for overtime shamelessly n push u to stay in office building till u finish work. If u dont put up with all, they make an environment where u feel like getting fired. Lots of sexual harassment cases as well - just to top it off!

Pros

I worked for 2 years as a Quality Control Inspector in the Mechanical Processing Quality Control Department. Both my coworkers and management left me with very good memories – people with culture, knowledge, and commitment. The team creates a great atmosphere, and it’s really a place you want to work at – at least until management gets involved… The Mechanical Processing Department is actually “held together” only by the rank-and-file employees. It is managed by Mr. Stanisław – a person completely out of touch with today’s standards. Lack of competence, outdated work methods, and an approach based on intimidation – especially towards women – are his everyday reality. Additionally, there are private “side jobs” done on the second shift when no one is watching – for example, building a wooden chicken coop using company materials and equipment, and then transporting the finished structure home in a company vehicle. These things happened openly. I have proof. Opportunities for development? Very limited. Promotions and raises? Practically unavailable, regardless of your experience, skills, or contribution to the company. What matters is only whether you “fit into the Excel spreadsheet” and if the manager thinks you fit the table. If you openly say something is wrong or – worse – threaten to take the issue to higher management, you are immediately considered a threat and pushed out. In summary: If you have no ambitions, have a mortgage, a family to support, thick skin, and treat stability at a low wage as the most important thing – you will manage

Cons

you can draw your own conclusions from my opinion added in the pros
