      Interesting coworkers, payroll was always on time.

      Cons

      Frequent and unpredictable layoffs. Uninspiring pay scale. Bad work environment, eg complete lack of air conditioning in the heat of summer, bad air quality, lack of whimis documentation for fluids that you must work with (illegal) active discouragement of the formation of a union. News of embezelment by the ceo

      Pros

      Good pay, hours, work environment, and people.

      Cons

      It takes the entire team to keep the place safe; Large steel is no joke, and management will fire anyone who violates safety without a warning. (which isn't really a negative)
