Alfield Industries - Vaughan - Worse Atmosphere and worse management...Can't Imagine it is International Company

Worst Management you will be ever worked with, they don't care about you either of your family. Nobody is like to working always blame game, especially IT & Maintenance Team....And even GM is favoring these Departments but don't know for what reason.........HR Department is so lazy to take any steps for giving good work culture. Don't think about learning new things just dragging your performance with Production weight. Extra Long hours and no overtime or lieu day will be given. Managers are treating employee like slaves. IT always showing they are working alot but end of the day you will see no results and this department is good for nothing, only playing politics. I hope somebody will take care of this work culture. ALWAYS SAY SAFETY IS FIRST......BUT In Plant (Alfield Industries) Paths are so narrow in that if something happened you can't survive......

Interesting coworkers, payroll was always on time.

Cons

Frequent and unpredictable layoffs. Uninspiring pay scale. Bad work environment, eg complete lack of air conditioning in the heat of summer, bad air quality, lack of whimis documentation for fluids that you must work with (illegal) active discouragement of the formation of a union. News of embezelment by the ceo

There is no good reason to work for this company. It is run by incompetent senior management.The only thing they succeed at, is finding new ways to fail.

Cons

Management works harder at hiding their incompetence and short comings from customers, then they do trying to improve.
