We appreciate your honest feedback around hours being unpredictable at times. Changes in client needs or insurance coverage can unfortunately impact scheduling, and we know how frustrating that can be. We’re continually working on improving communication, cross-training, and scheduling flexibility to help minimize gaps and provide more consistency whenever possible.
