We're glad to hear that you find working with the children fulfilling! Helping children build new skills and confidence is what inspires so many of our team members every day. We also appreciate your honest feedback. ABA can be a complex field, and there are times when treatment plans, procedures, or situations can feel confusing—especially when you're learning and growing in the role. We encourage our Behavior Technicians to ask questions, seek clarification, and partner closely with their BCBAs and Site Leadership teams whenever something isn't clear. Supporting our clinicians' growth and confidence is an important part of delivering great care to the children and families we serve. Thank you for being part of the MeBe team and for the meaningful work you do each day!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear you appreciated the flexibility of the role and the opportunity to work in our clinic environment. We're sorry to hear that you did not feel adequately supported during your time at MeBe. Strong supervision, coaching, and partnership between Behavior Technicians and BCBAs are important to us, and we know that each team member may need different types of support to feel successful. One thing we encourage all team members to do is communicate openly with their BCBA about what additional guidance, feedback, or coaching would be most helpful. The strongest clinical partnerships are built through ongoing communication, shared expectations, and a willingness to work together to support both the clinician and the child. We appreciate the important work our Behavior Technicians do every day and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

We're glad to hear you've enjoyed working with the children and families we serve—they are truly at the heart of what makes this work so meaningful. You're also right that working closely with children, especially in healthcare and educational settings, can increase exposure to common illnesses. We take this seriously and provide training, health and safety protocols, cleaning procedures, paid sick time, and support to help team members stay healthy while continuing to provide high-quality care. We appreciate the important work our Behavior Technicians do every day and thank you for being part of the MeBe team.
