Pros
I loved the co- workers and the kids I worked with.
Cons
- constantly on the clock - training as you move up is non-existent - owner is rude and condescending - owner talks negatively behind staffs back - management makes staff feel like they did you a favor by hiring you - when you ask for help you don't get any - the pay is not competitive ( you have to beg for a raise) - takes 2 years to earn PTO - If you don't make you billable hour quota they take your PTO away - management will chastise you for any little mistake or send you passive aggressive emails - when PTO is taken no one will take over your cases, so you have twice the amount of work to come back to. - burn out rate is super high - case loads are unmanageable - Constantly changing things without giving training or examples of what they require
