Changes in client needs or insurance coverage can unfortunately impact scheduling, and we know how frustrating that can be. We’re continually working on improving communication, cross-training, and scheduling flexibility to help minimize gaps and provide more consistency whenever possible. ABA can be a complex field, and there are times when treatment plans, procedures, or situations can feel confusing—especially when you're learning and growing in the role. We encourage our Behavior Technicians to ask questions, seek clarification, and partner closely with their BCBAs and Site Leadership teams whenever something isn't clear.
