It grew so large so quickly that it doesn’t do an effective job at communicating internally - planning, goals, project requirements. Those trying to build something are given a design to build but then the planning changes so many times and is not communicated properly… then the design teams lose credibility with consultants and contractors…. Costly changes occur and projects go over budget.
Many women going back to work after children need part time options, they do not have these options in Managment. They preach that they want to work to promote women in leadership, but they cannot get the right women in leadership due to lack of flexibility.
