Pros

I can’t really say there were a lot of pros working at Mindshare but one thing they will do is give you bagels every once in a blue moon. Depending on who your director is, you'll be advocated for when different teams try to overstep or if the clients get out of line, however, the account switches regarding the directors or even just the turnovers are so frequent that I’ve gone through exactly for on one account in a year and a half

Cons

WPP’s return to office mandate was so abrupt and forced especially when there was barely enough desks in office to begin with. However, the standing theory was the mandate was to have people “self layoff” and when week after week, the office was just so packed, actual layoffs happened. I was a part of those layoffs and was completely blindsided, especially when I led my team for close to a year on my own and was completely burned out. Other teams feel they have a say over what your team does and clients come before a before everything. Mindshare/WPP should be a last resort agency when job hunting. The benefits are bottom-level, 10-day accrued PTO with no rollover, and they hardly ever honor the tech/health reimbursement.
