Very flexible work hours, opportunity to work remotely, interesting projects to work on, comfortable working environment and attitude, offers a mentorship program to young employees
Cons
Lack of company wide drawing standards. Lack of internal review or document control system. Major disconnect between arch/struct/civil disciplines and mech/elec disciplines makes it difficult to deliver multi-disciplinary projects. Sub-par compensation.
