Pros
Great work-life balance. Pay is at industry standard. The company has great potential and very intelligent staff which place mentorship at high value.The office environment is light and pleasant, it's never a drag to go to work. The company tries to find interesting and bigger projects to work on.
Cons
There are some major issues with senior management. Morrison Hershfield has a lot of lifers which can be a good thing but in this case it is not, it breeds complacency and puts value on the status quo than making hard decisions. Some, not all, senior management don't have the skillset to be in these positions and they don't advocate on the behalf of their staff. This company is very top heavy and creates bureaucracy of a company that's 5 times its size.
