This is a terrible place to work , I would advise all applying to avoid this company . The upper management have no clue what they're doing or how to do their jobs , they are only in their positions because they are friends with the owner . Ridiculous targets that are unobtainable most the time , commission structure is terrible and they will work you to insanity and force you to harass members and prospects for sales. There turnover rate is insane , no one stays longer then 6 months as they get fired or leave due to the poor management , this is why they only offer benefits after a year as no one will stay longer .
