hourly staff very nice and hard working

management the worst I have ever seen, and not qualified , way more managers than working staff, they all sit in the office until they hear of upper management coming to visit then they all pretend to do something. Upper management should replace all of them, I think they will eventually. The club is being run into the ground. Maybe someone high up will get a phone call and they will all get a surprise..

No help with promotions/social media/advertising when they say they will. Always dropping the ball on helping trainers promote themselves around the club, yet expect you to fill your schedule/small groups. Inability to confirm if you are being paid properly (new systems are useless) and you have to "trust" they are paying you properly.

Free gym membership , there are no other pros this is a terrible company . Just look at the reviews .

This is a terrible place to work , I would advise all applying to avoid this company . The upper management have no clue what they're doing or how to do their jobs , they are only in their positions because they are friends with the owner . Ridiculous targets that are unobtainable most the time , commission structure is terrible and they will work you to insanity and force you to harass members and prospects for sales. There turnover rate is insane , no one stays longer then 6 months as they get fired or leave due to the poor management , this is why they only offer benefits after a year as no one will stay longer .
