• The highest turnover I’ve seen during my career, Nakisa fire a lot of people for blurred and unjustified reasons. As a result, the vast majority of their employees are worried, stressed and looking to leave the company. Even C-Level employees come and go

When reading the reviews, I really think HR posted most of the positive ones. And please consider that during probation period, HR ask every employee to post a review in Glassdoor. Most of employees will not put their job at risk by writing the truth.
This is indeed a family and friends run business. Reputation in the market is right: The worst company, no values. Internal politics govern in this company. Turnover like never seen!
If you already have a job, don't quit to go there, you will regret it as I did. Don't waste your time long term at Nakisa, Your career will stagnate. Joining Nakisa was the worst decision I took during my career.
