Pros

Great location in Montreal Downtown Free breakfast and fruits There are some genuinely good people who work there (But will leave the company as soon as they can)

• No transparency on products roadmap • Unreliable products with a lot of bugs and problems • Pricing of professional services is incredibly high • Poor support team, customers have many problems, some of them for more than a year • Very unorganized management, as an example: it can take you weeks for a simple approval • No human interaction with most of the managers • Lack of communication between teams and departements • The highest turnover I’ve seen during my career, Nakisa fire a lot of people for blurred and unjustified reasons. As a result, the vast majority of their employees are worried, stressed and looking to leave the company. Even C-Level employees come and go • Montreal office hygiene: Desks are never cleaned, rats in the office, office carpet is dirty and used…. • Company lost their partnership with SAP. That made the company lose many customers. … When reading the reviews, I really think HR posted most of the positive ones. And please consider that during probation period, HR ask every employee to post a review in Glassdoor. Most of employees will not put their job at risk by writing the truth. This is indeed a family and friends run business. Reputation in the market is right: The worst company, no values. Internal politics govern in this company. Turnover like never seen! If you already have a job, don't quit to go there, you will regret it as I did. Don't waste your time long term at Nakisa, Your career will stagnate. Joining Nakisa was the worst decision I took during my career.

Pros

- Easy to talk to executives - Lots of social events in Montreal - Good technology (not product)

Cons

- Keep losing customers - Poor sales performance - Product lacks key capabilities and experiences - CEO is rarely visible - Leadership is almost completely removed from reality of customer experience and market - Constant turnover of employees - Nepotistic environment where strong relationships with the CEO trump everything like performance
