      meeting and explaining how a pre-need cremation plan makes it easier on the loved ones when you pass away

      Pros

      There are none. Inconsistent subpar leads that are more frustrating than they are worth.

      Cons

      Poor pay for selling life insurance. 7%, 8%, 12% commission with NO residuals. The only thing worse is the poor training. The constant demand for more sales while at the same time reducing leads is ridiculous.
